Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue.

To request a return or replacement, please email us with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the product
• A brief description of the issue

Refunds & Replacements

If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following:

 

• A replacement product, or
• A refund to your original payment method

 

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days once approved.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose carefully before purchasing.
